Broncos release depth chart ahead of 'SNF' showdown with Rams

Ahead of their Sunday Night Football matchup against the Los Angeles Rams, the Denver Broncos have released an unofficial depth chart. The roster remains unchanged since last week, though the club describes it as "unofficial." The chart provides an indication of player positions, though certain caveats apply. Here's a breakdown of the Broncos' depth chart for the upcoming game.

At the quarterback position, Bo Nix is the primary starter, followed by Jarrett Stidham and Sam Ehlinger. The Broncos were concerned Ehlinger might be called up to the active roster, so he secured a spot on the 53-man roster. Running back duties are divided among J.K. Dobbins, RJ Harvey, Jonah Coleman, and Tyler Badie. Although Badie is listed as a wide receiver, Coleman outperformed him during training camp, resulting in his selection as RB3.

Wide receiver positions include Courtland Sutton and Pat Bryant, along with Jaylen Waddle and Lil Jordan Humphrey. Marvin Mims is considered a starter, although he saw less playing time in Week 1 due to a minor injury. Pat Bryant appears to be the unofficial third receiver. Tight end and fullback positions feature Evan Engram, Adam Trautman, Nate Adkins, Dallen Bentley, and Adam Prentice, who can be elevated from the practice squad up to three times.
