BISE Sahiwal 12th Class Result Gazette 2026 Released

On September 23, 2026, the Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education (BISE) Sahiwal released the 12th Class Result Gazette 2026 for the HSSC Part-II First Annual Examination. In total, 46,248 candidates, comprising both regular and private students from Sahiwal, Okara, and Pakpattan, appeared for the examination. The overall pass percentage stood at 62.42%.

Female candidates outperformed their male counterparts, with a pass percentage of 68.93% compared to 53.90% for males. Regular candidates achieved a higher pass rate (67.69%) than private candidates (44.85%), with 24,081 and 4,787 candidates passing, respectively.

The Pre-Engineering group recorded the highest overall pass percentage at 76.99%, with 1,516 out of 1,969 candidates passing. Pre-Medical candidates followed with a 72.48% pass rate, while General Science and Commerce groups recorded 67.23% and 66.09%, respectively. Humanities had the lowest pass percentage at 50.51%.

District-wise, Okara led with a pass percentage of 65.14%, followed by Pakpattan at 63.28% and Sahiwal at 58.88%. Private institutions recorded the highest overall pass percentage among categories, with 75.77% passing. Government institutions had a pass rate of 54.60%.

Ayesha Ishfaq topped the results with 1,167 marks, followed by Ramal Fatima with 1,162 marks. Sarah Saif and Ayesh Maryam jointly secured the third position with 1,160 marks each. The examination reported nine unfair means cases, but none were resolved by the time of the gazette's publication.
