Trump says US will henceforth call AI 'super intelligence'

UNITED NATIONS, Sept 22 : President Donald Trump announced on Tuesday that the US government will henceforth refer to AI as "super intelligence" instead of the current term "artificial intelligence". Trump made this statement in a UN General Assembly speech, claiming that the new term is more accurate. He also reiterated his previous skepticism about AI warnings, calling them a hoax.

Trump emphasized that he does not want to hinder the development of what he considers to be a technological force greater than the industrial revolution.
