Today’s Gold Rate in India September 22: Gold prices down in Delhi, Mumbai, Kolkata, Chennai, Bengaluru

Gold prices experienced a decrease in most metro cities across India on September 22, 2023, compared to the previous day. The prices for 22-carat and 24-carat gold varied in different cities.

In Delhi, the price of 1 gram of 22-carat gold was ₹14,285, down by ₹85 from the previous day. The corresponding price for 8 grams was ₹1,14,280, a decrease of ₹680. For 24-carat gold, the price was ₹14,999 per gram, down by ₹90, and ₹1,19,992 for 8 grams, down by ₹720.

Mumbai saw a similar trend with a price drop for both 22-carat and 24-carat gold. The cost of 1 gram of 22-carat gold was ₹14,235, falling by ₹85, and ₹1,13,880 for 8 grams, a reduction of ₹680. For 24-carat gold, the rate was ₹14,947 per gram, down by ₹89, and ₹1,19,576 for 8 grams, a decrease of ₹712.

In Kolkata, the prices also saw a decline. The price of 1 gram of 22-carat gold was ₹14,335, down by ₹35, and ₹1,14,680 for 8 grams, dropping by ₹280. 24-carat gold's price was ₹15,052 per gram, down by ₹37, and ₹1,20,416 for 8 grams, a decrease of ₹296.

Chennai experienced a similar situation with a price drop for both types of gold. The cost of 1 gram of 22-carat gold was ₹14,185, down by ₹85, and ₹1,13,480 for 8 grams, a reduction of ₹680. For 24-carat gold, the price was ₹14,894 per gram, down by ₹90, and ₹1,19,152 for 8 grams, down by ₹720.

Bengaluru also witnessed a decrease in gold prices. The price of 1 gram of 22-carat gold was ₹14,295, falling by ₹85, and ₹1,14,360 for 8 grams, a decrease of ₹680. For 24-carat gold, the rate was ₹15,010 per gram, down by ₹89, and ₹1,20,080 for 8 grams, a reduction of ₹712.

Hyderabad saw a decline in gold prices for both 22-carat and 24-carat gold. The price of 1 gram of 22-carat gold was ₹14,185, down by ₹85, and ₹1,13,480 for 8 grams, a drop of ₹680. For 24-carat gold, the cost was ₹14,894 per gram, down by ₹90, and ₹1,19,152 for 8 grams, a decrease of ₹720.
