Qatar Airways wins four Skytrax Awards

LONDON – Qatar Airways has been crowned with four Skytrax World Airline Awards, solidifying its reputation for excellence in international aviation. The awards include Best Business Class for the thirteenth time, Best Airline in the Middle East for the fourteenth time, Best Business Class Lounge for the eighth time, and the highly coveted World’s Best Onboard Wi-Fi, marking Qatar Airways as the first airline to achieve this distinction.

Skytrax’s World Airline Awards, coupled with the 5-Star Airline rating, highlight Qatar Airways’ unwavering dedication to delivering exceptional passenger experiences, premium service, seamless onboard connectivity, and operational excellence across its global network. CEO Hamad Al-Khater expressed gratitude, stating that these accolades belong to the airline’s 60,000 employees, who have maintained the high standards of service during a challenging year.

The airline’s flagship Qsuite product continues to set the benchmark for premium air travel, receiving Skytrax’s World’s Best Business Class award for the thirteenth time. Qsuite’s patented quad seating configuration allows four passengers to work, dine, or socialize together in a shared space, enhanced by movable privacy panels.

In the Middle East, Qatar Airways has secured the Best Airline award for the fourteenth time, underscoring its consistent leadership in the region. The airline has also increased its daily flights by 14 percent this winter, with over 170 destinations worldwide served from its hub at Hamad International Airport, recognized as the ‘Best Airport in the Middle East’ for the eleventh consecutive year.
