NECO to release 2026 SSCE internal results Thursday

On September 24, 2026, the National Examinations Council (NECO) is set to announce the 2026 Senior School Certificate Examination (SSCE) Internal results, according to a recent circular received by a reporter. The announcement will take place at 11 am at NECO's headquarters situated at Kilometre 8, Bida Road, Minna, Niger State.

NECO's Registrar and Chief Executive, Professor Dantani Wushishi, chaired a meeting on Tuesday to finalize preparations for this event. This meeting, as reported by NECO's official X handle, marked the culmination of the final stage of preparations. The SSCE Internal examination is an annual event for candidates in their final year of secondary school. This year's examination was conducted between June 15 and July 23, 2026.
