My Career Is Not Dead — Article Wan

Article Wan, a musician, has rejected claims that his career is on the decline. During an interview on the 3FM Blocparty Show, he insisted that he remains active and has no plans to reduce his efforts. Article Wan acknowledged that others may harbor opinions about his progress, but he urged them not to let such perceptions dictate his life.

He made it clear, "I haven't faltered, but if you think I have, it's your perception." He recounted an instance where someone close to him had predicted he would never achieve another major breakthrough, but Article Wan chose to dismiss the claim with laughter. The artist emphasized that negative remarks should not diminish one's confidence, explaining that accepting such opinions can have a detrimental psychological impact.

"If someone tells you something and you accept it and believe in it, it can work on you, but not me," he stated. Article Wan also delved into the origins of his music, clarifying that while his compositions are often classified as secular or "circular," he regards his ability to create them as a divine gift. He declared, "I am working for God," asserting that no spiritual practice could replicate the talent he possesses.
