Man gets indefinite hospital order for mall stabbings
A man who killed two women with a knife at Plaza Hollywood in Diamond Hill in 2023 was handed an indefinite hospital order at the High Court on Tuesday. The defendant, Szeto Sing-kwong, had pleaded guilty to two counts of manslaughter on the grounds of diminished responsibility. Justice Esther Toh described the case as a tragedy and imposed the hospital order on the advice of psychiatric reports.…
