Housing Company Tshwane invites bids for three-year security services panel

Housing Company Tshwane has issued a call for bids to establish a panel of security service providers for a three-year period. The tender, identified by number HCT-SCMU 05/2026/27, was published on September 22, 2026. Interested firms must possess specific qualifications, such as registration with the Private Security Industry Regulatory Authority (PSIRA) and either one or multiple orders or appointment letters.

The evaluation of bids will be based on an 80/20 preference point scoring system, where 80 points will be assigned to the price and the remaining 20 points will be allocated for specific objectives. There is no fee associated with submitting bid documents, which will be accessible from the announcement date on the Housing Company Tshwane website.

To submit a bid, companies must provide various administrative documents, including a CIPC company registration certificate or equivalent documentation, certified copies of directors' identification, a Central Supplier Database (CSD) registration summary report no older than three months, a tax compliance status PIN or certificate, and proof of residence for the company and directors listed on the CK documents.

Joint ventures must furnish a signed Joint Venture Agreement. Bids must be submitted by noon on October 22, 2026, at Housing Company Tshwane's Bitts Centre Building located at 24 Parliament Street in Pretoria, 0001.
