EU agrees to delist Usmanov, Fridman while extending Russia sanctions
European Union representatives have agreed to remove Russian billionaires Alisher Usmanov and Mikhail Fridman from the sanctions list against Russia while extending restrictions on the remaining roughly 3,000 individuals and entities for another three years, Reuters reported on Sept. 22.
