Diagonal pedestrian crossing opens in Sha Tin
The Transport Department on Tuesday commissioned a diagonal crossing at the junction of On Ming and On Muk streets in Sha Tin, allowing pedestrians to cross the intersection in one go. The crossing, near Shek Mun MTR Station and Shek Mun Shopping Centre, is designed to shorten the walking distance and save time, the department said.
