Convera partners with JustLogin to embed cross border payroll across Southeast Asia

Seattle, Wash. and London, Sept. 21, 2026 - Payroll and business payment giant Convera has teamed up with Singapore-based HR cloud platform JustLogin to bring cross-border payroll capabilities directly into HR workflows across Southeast Asia. The integration enables companies operating in the region to initiate payroll and employee-related payments in up to 16 currencies from within JustLogin, while Convera handles the underlying cross-border payment execution.

Faster salary disbursement, improved visibility, and reduced operational complexity are among the benefits for businesses managing distributed workforces across the region. Patrick Gauthier, Group CEO of Convera, emphasized that this partnership addresses the growing need for payroll confidence as businesses expand into Southeast Asia.

JustLogin CEO KC Kwa stated that payroll and payments have become critical to employee experience and corporate reputation in the face of regulatory change and currency volatility. The solution also leverages select government-backed fast payment rails such as Singapore's FAST, Malaysia's DuitNow, and InstaPay in the Philippines to accelerate salary disbursement.
