CHIIKAWA DAYS exhibition opens at JingAn Kerry Centre Shanghai

On September 10, JingAn Kerry Centre (JAKC) and AllRightsReserved (ARR) officially launched CHIIKAWA DAYS Exhibition (Shanghai) at JAKC, marking the Chinese mainland debut of this popular IP. For 51 days, the exhibition transformed JAKC into a CHIIKAWA-themed universe, featuring exclusive Shanghai experiences and co-branded food offerings.

The exhibition boasted multiple experience zones, a limited-time merchandise pop-up store, and co-branded food offerings from JAKC tenants, creating an immersive CHIIKAWA adventure for visitors. Iconic CHIIKAWA characters Chiikawa, Hachiware, and Usagi made surprise appearances at the event, capturing the media's attention. The exhibition comprised two ticketed zones, a free zone, and a limited-time pop-up store available to ticket holders.

The main ticketed zone showcased nine themed rooms exploring CHIIKAWA's everyday life, including a new Shanghai-exclusive CHIIKAWA Longtang Eats zone. Additionally, a nine-meter-tall inflatable sculpture of the trio stood at the junction of Nanjing West Road and Changde Road, becoming a fan favorite. Participating food tenants at JAKC introduced official CHIIKAWA collaborations, including PAPER STONE BAKERY's freshly baked savoury pork mooncakes.

The exhibition also offered themed souvenirs during the Mid-Autumn Festival and National Day holidays. JAKC's collaboration with ARR to bring the exhibition to Shanghai reflected the center's commitment to integrating culture, commerce, and tourism, solidifying its position as a hub for urban culture and new consumption.
