Billy Bush Joins Fox News As A Contributor

Billy Bush, the veteran TV personality, has joined Fox News Media as a contributor, the network announced on Tuesday. His role will involve providing cultural analysis across various Fox News Media programming and appearing on its platforms. Bush made his debut on Tuesday night on Fox News Channel’s "Jesse Watters Primetime" at 8 p.m. ET.

Speaking about his decision, Bush expressed his excitement to join Fox News Media and its dedicated audience, stating he is eager to share his perspective on the people, ideas, and moments shaping today's culture, as well as those attempting to challenge it. The move enhances Fox's lineup with a veteran in live entertainment, given his extensive experience covering Hollywood, celebrity events, and major happenings.

Previously, Bush hosted the syndicated entertainment news program "Extra" for five seasons, from 2019 to 2025. Prior to that, he briefly served as a co-host of NBC's "Today" show. Bush also worked as the East Coast correspondent for "Access Hollywood" and hosted the nationally syndicated radio program "The Billy Bush Show." His career took a turn in 2016 when a previously unaired 2005 "Access Hollywood" recording featuring Donald Trump's lewd comments about women was published, leading to his departure from NBC.

However, Bush returned to television in 2019 as host of "Extra." He has covered significant events in the entertainment industry, including the Golden Globes, Grammys, Academy Awards, the Olympics, and the wedding of Prince William and Catherine Middleton.
