To address this issue, the company built an AI-powered agentic solution on Amazon Bedrock AgentCore, reducing the time to a mere 20 seconds.

This represents a 60x improvement in time-to-insight, shifting operations from reactive response to proactive, data-driven optimization. The solution employs a multi-agent architecture, with each specialized assistant governed by its own system prompt, ensuring focus on a single capability domain. These agents enable role-based access control, real-time HVAC analytics, intelligent search across Trane's knowledge base, and an extensible architecture that evolves with advancing AI capabilities.
