United Russia lost to New People in most hubs of anti-war emigration

Agentstvo, an independent Russian investigative outlet, analyzed Central Election Commission data from 27 overseas polling stations to reveal that United Russia lost to New People in most of these locations. New People emerged victorious in 18 of the 27 stations.
