Born and raised in Kerala, Sandra's artistic inclinations were fostered in a supportive family setting. Her educational journey began in Trivandrum, where she completed her schooling. Her upcoming directorial short film Cassette has already garnered early critical acclaim, having been nominated for Best Script at the Cambridge Short Film Festival.

Her ability to translate complex, unscripted physical feats into cinematic visual art is demonstrated in her work on Red Bull x Assassin's Creed: Leap of Faith. Sandra's role involved editing multi-camera high-speed footage of an 18.2-meter freerunning stunt into a visceral study of human vulnerability. This project garnered global media attention, including a feature in IGN.
