Gillingham pledges growth office to accelerate Winnipeg projects. Chris Lorenc, president of the Manitoba Heavy Construction Association, supports Gillingham's pledge to grow the economy.

Mayoral candidate Don Woodstock proposed major changes to road construction, including faster completion and mobile crushing equipment usage. Christopher Clacio, another candidate, would aim to impose new pay limits for city officials and meet with city departments to enhance collaboration.
