Fourth Umrah and Visit Forum launches with strong turnout

Saudi Minister Tawfiq Al-Rabiah inaugurated the fourth Umrah and Visit Forum, attended by officials and sector representatives. The forum's inauguration reflects the ongoing support for pilgrims from King Salman and Crown Prince Mohammed. Al-Rabiah emphasized the forum's role as a global platform, bringing together Umrah companies, service providers, and partners to build partnerships and innovate for pilgrim convenience.

The forum saw a 157% increase in registered participants since its launch in 2024, with projections for 2026 aiming for even more growth. The previous edition had 138 companies and over 5,000 agreements signed, while the fourth edition targets over 200 companies, nearly doubling participation. Al-Rabiah praised the collaborative efforts of all entities, aiming for continued partnership success.

He introduced the "Excellence in Services for Pilgrims Award," recognizing companies in five categories: transportation, hotels, enrichment destinations, gifts, and catering. Since its launch, the forum has expanded, with over 49,000 registered participants in the previous edition, now exceeding that number. The exhibition area grew to 11,000 square meters, and 174 speakers delivered sessions, reinforcing its role in shaping the Umrah and visit services landscape as part of Saudi Vision 2030.
