Ferrero, arriva il premio di risultato, 2.500 euro per i dipendenti italiani

Ferrero has reached an agreement with trade unions regarding a result-based bonus for its 7,000 Italian employees, worth up to 2,500 euros. During a meeting between the Ferrero management and the unions (Fai-Cisl, Flai-Cgil, Uila-Uil), they determined the award amount for the 2025/2026 fiscal year based on the "Objective Results Reward" (PLO) in the company's Business Integration Agreement.

The target amount, attainable during the reporting period, was 2,730 euros gross, influenced by two parameters: the company's overall economic performance (30% of the prize) and each individual plant/area's performance (70% of the prize). Ferrero reported that the employees' achievements confirmed a particularly significant level of performance, with more than 90% of the targets met.

The bonus amounts vary by location, ranging from 2,545.86 euros in Alba to 2,426.02 in Pozzuolo to 2,552.23 in the commercial area. Employees will receive the payments in October 2026, as per the company's integration agreement. A portion of the result-based bonus can be exchanged for family support, health care, complementary pension, miscellaneous services, and free time through Ferrero Care platform.

The amount converted is exempt from taxation and contributions and will be further increased by 20% of the welfare budget, enhancing the overall recognized benefit. Both the company and the trade unions expressed "complete satisfaction for the achieved results, focusing on the well-being and protection of People, the importance of social ties, and recognizing the strategic role of consolidated and fruitful industrial relations."
