Did you purchase an iPhone 15 Pro, iPhone 15 Pro Max, or any iPhone 16 between June 2024 and March 2025? You may have an opportunity to claim a portion of a $250 million settlement fund established by Apple to address a 2025 class-action lawsuit. Siri's promised AI enhancements were delayed, with the first real-world functionality arriving with iOS 27's release. You'll need to provide your contact information, the serial number of the eligible iPhone, and your preferred payment method.

Claim amounts range from $25 to $95 per device, depending on factors like the number of claims filed. The final approval hearing is scheduled for February 24, 2027, following which Apple owners should receive their payment by the following year.
