Bhopal Spa Centre Raid: Police Raid Spa Centres At Aashima Mall, Shivaji Nagar After Cop-Turned-Decoy Customer Offered 'Extra' Service For ₹3K

Bhopal police conducted raids on multiple spa centers in the city on Sunday, following a decoy customer's tip-off about illegal services being offered. Female employees and male clients were apprehended during the operation. Following instructions from Police Commissioner Sanjay Kumar, officers inspected Maple Spa in Mansarovar, Millennium Spa in Shivaji Nagar, and a spa located at Aashima Mall on Hoshangabad Road.

The raid was triggered when the disguised cop requested additional services at a spa and the staff agreed to charge Rs 3,000 for the extra service. Upon learning of the decoy's intentions, the police swiftly conducted the raids. During the searches, law enforcement questioned the staff, examined the activities being conducted, and confirmed the identities of customers present at the time of the operation.

Officials are currently verifying the licenses and permits of all three spa centers and investigating whether any prohibited services were being provided under the guise of body spa services. If any violations of the law are discovered during the investigation, authorities will take appropriate action as per the rules. This action is part of an ongoing inspection of spa centers in Bhopal, initiated in response to complaints and information regarding potential illegal activities.
