It remains uncertain if the 2025 second-round pick from Michigan will require surgical intervention.

Johnson exited the game in the second half, but it's unclear when the injury occurred. The Seahawks went on to secure a convincing 31-7 win. Johnson was initially a starter in the first two games of the season and has since become a critical component of the Cardinals' defense, accumulating eight tackles, one interception, and a fumble recovery this season.
