Three children are among the four people reportedly killed in Russia’s latest strikes on the Kyiv region

In the past 24 hours, Russian forces have been conducting strikes in Ukraine's Kyiv region, damaging 31 sites across five districts, according to Tymur Tkachenko, the head of the region's military administration. Four people lost their lives in the attacks, including three children and a woman, though Tkachenko did not specify the exact locations. One child was wounded in a strike on the Vyshhorod district on September 19.

Ukraine's Interior Ministry reported three deaths, two of them children, and damage to a private home in the region, though they also did not provide specific locations. The Fastiv district, in particular, suffered the most extensive damage, with 24 sites struck, including homes, industrial and utility buildings, an agricultural business, and 17 vehicles. The assaults continue, Tkachenko reported.
