The Ricoh GR IV just got a gorgeous 30th Anniversary Edition – and pre-orders are live in the US and the UK

Ricoh's iconic GR IV compact camera has been given a special 30th Anniversary Edition kit, now available for pre-order in both the US and UK. The limited-edition version, produced in just 6,000 units worldwide, features a number of exclusive details to celebrate the GR series' 30-year history. The camera maintains the same 25.74MP APS-C CMOS sensor and redesigned 18.3mm f/2.8 lens, paired with hybrid autofocus, 5-axis sensor-shift image stabilization, and a sensitivity range from ISO100-204800.

However, it stands out with a dark silver shutter and rear buttons, a special GN-3 (30th) ring cap, a commemorative metal hot shoe cover, a genuine leather finger strap, and 16 GR-series pin badges. The kit also includes a 30th anniversary-branded power-off screen. Despite its premium price of $1,799.95 in the US and £1,499 in the UK, the special edition is appealing to collector's and fans of the GR series thanks to its distinctive design and the exclusive accessories included.
