Samsung Electronics holds tech forum in U.S. to share AI strategies

Samsung Electronics hosted its eighth annual technology forum in the United States on Sunday, aiming to share its artificial intelligence (AI) technologies and business strategies with global developers. Approximately 80 executives from Samsung Electronics and leading information technology firms attended the 2026 Tech Forum in Silicon Valley, according to a press release from the company.

High-ranking Samsung officials, including President Roh Tae-moon, who oversees the device experience (DX) division, and Chief Technology Officer Yoon Jang-hyun, presented the company's medium and long-term AI vision and business strategies. They also engaged in discussions with participants about current technology trends.

Yoon specifically addressed how the integration of advanced AI technologies with robotics could bring about significant changes in the future. Speaking to the media, Roh emphasized that AI is crucial for delivering intelligent and highly personalized experiences in every facet of consumers' daily lives, and it is also a key driver of innovation. He added that Samsung's goal is to offer customers the best possible AI experience.
