In a statement to the Saudi Press Agency (SPA), Prince Faisal emphasized that Saudi Arabia's participation in the UN General Assembly's high-level week highlights the nation's ongoing commitment to fostering dialogue and mediation, as well as addressing pressing global issues.

This year's session, themed "Better Together: 80 Years and More for Peace, Development and Human Rights," offers an opportunity to reaffirm the foundational principles of the UN and other international bodies, reinforce international law, and tackle shared global challenges. Prince Faisal underscored the significance of adhering to international law, encompassing respect for state sovereignty, peaceful dispute resolution, and ensuring safe and unrestricted navigation in international waters.

He concluded by highlighting that Saudi Arabia's engagement will also concentrate on sustainable development and the appropriate utilization of artificial intelligence to enhance efficiency across sectors, foster innovation, and progress development while contributing to international AI governance efforts.
