Neurosurgeon charred to death after car hits roadside divider, catches fire in Telangana

In a tragic accident on Sunday morning in Suryapet district, a 50-year-old neurosurgeon named Kasakurti Jagadish lost his life after his luxury car collided with a divider on the Khammam-Hyderabad highway and erupted into flames. Eyewitnesses suggested that the accident might have been caused by drowsy driving, as Dr. Jagadish had been at the hospital in Khammam until around 4 a.m. before embarking on his journey to meet his family in Hyderabad.

The incident occurred near Pillalamarri at approximately 7:15 a.m. Following the crash, the car went out of control and crashed into the divider separating the service road and the flyover. Eyewitnesses reported that Dr. Jagadish was alone in the car at the time of the collision. The luxury vehicle then caught fire and quickly engulfed in flames, making it impossible to rescue the driver.

Police and Fire Department personnel arrived at the scene around 7:30 a.m. to investigate the incident. The identity of the deceased was confirmed using the vehicle's registration details. Forensic teams collected the charred remains of Dr. Jagadish for further examination, and police have registered a case to uncover the exact cause of the crash.
