Neem Karoli Baba biopic Hanuman Ansh earns 6x of Kareena Kapoor’s Daayra

Neem Karoli Baba's devotional biopic Hanuman Ansh continues to dominate the Indian box office, surpassing new releases twice its size. After earning Rs 9.75 crore on its seventh Saturday, the film grossed Rs 304.80 crore domestically and Rs 258.13 crore worldwide. This is six times the earnings of new release Daayra, starring Kareena Kapoor and Prithviraj Sukumaran.

Hanuman Ansh also outperformed Vibe, a spy comedy with Kunal Kemmu and Preity Zinta, earning Rs 2.65 crore on its second day. The film's success stems from over 2,000 additional screens compared to Daayra and Vibe combined, and it has now become the most profitable Indian film, generating over 164 times its modest budget.
