Promiseledger יומן הבטחות is a Hebrew RTL application designed for managing commitments and promises related to documents and selected tools for small Hebrew businesses. The project, built by כלים נבחרים under the name kelimok47, does not aim to replicate an English CRM but instead serves as a notebook for keeping one's word.

The application records all aspects of a promise made, including who requested it, what was promised, the due date, and the status (received, promised, in progress, or done/released). The design is rooted in the Torah principle "מוצא שפתיך תשמור" which posits that speech creates obligation. This Hebrew-first promise ledger is built from the ground up for the Hebrew market, featuring RTL (right-to-left) layout, Hebrew schema titles, and a focus on brandTag mismach or kelim.

Constructed without reliance on a translated SaaS template, the schema employs Hebrew-first titles, an RTL board, and a brandTag system. The Studio structure is organized by due date and honor-release, prioritizing fulfillment or release with dignity. The project uses Sanity's Content Lake for custom schema storage and is built from the specific operational needs of the Hebrew brand business.

The development process began on September 20, 2026, within the challenge window (September 18 to October 4, 2026) and employed AI-assisted vibe-coding under the free-stack constraints set by the challenge. Despite the AI's role in scaffolding the Next.js 15 app and embedded Sanity Studio, the final build required human intervention for login, schema deployment, and content creation.

The app is currently live for local testing, with a demo banner indicating that the live Lake database is still empty. Once real documents are added, the demo banner will be removed, and the app will transition to a fully functional Hebrew promise-keeping tool for businesses.
