People should make smart and balanced use of artificial intelligence (AI) to avoid becoming overly dependent on the technology and developing a "rusty brain", despite its growing importance in manufacturing and business operations, according to Supant Mongkolsuthree, honorary chairman of the Federation of Thai Industries.
