CM made Danam make u-turn, approach SC against disqualification: BRS

The Bharat Rashtra Samithi (BRS) has accused Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy of pressuring disqualified MLA Danam Nagender to change his stance on appealing the High Court's disqualification order. Official spokesperson and MLC Dasoju Sravan stated that Nagender had announced his decision not to pursue the Supreme Court route following the High Court's ruling, opting instead to face the electorate in the upcoming election.

However, within days, Nagender reportedly reversed his position under pressure from the Chief Minister, opting to contest the high court's verdict by appealing to the Supreme Court.
