Barcelona defeat Sevilla 3-1 in La Liga clash

Barcelona secured a 3-1 victory over Sevilla in La Liga on Sunday at the Ramon Sanchez Pizjuan Stadium. Sevilla took the lead in the 19th minute through Youssouf Fofana, who converted a cross from Correia with his shoulder and the goal stood after a VAR review. Barcelona equalized in the same half by Raphinha, who exploited the offside trap to score after a through-ball from Christensen.

Raphinha extended Barcelona's lead to 2-1 with a header from a Yamal cross in the 52nd minute. Though Barcelona continued to press, they managed to hold on to the lead and completed the win with Raphinha scoring his hat-trick in the 69th minute, after receiving a through-ball from Yamal. The result keeps Barcelona in the top spot in La Liga with a perfect record of seven wins in the tournament and Sevilla are now in fifth place with 13 points.
