Santap Lah: Ready-to-eat meals from Malaysia’s Michelin selected restaurants at a CAFé by 7-Eleven near you

GEORGE TOWN, Sept 20 — Santap Lah, a new brand of microwaveable meals, is set to hit 7-Eleven stores nationwide. Curated by chefs from Michelin-rejected restaurants, these ready-to-eat meals are manufactured in a halal-certified facility using halal ingredients without preservatives or MSG. The meals undergo a sterilization process using high temperature and pressure, allowing them to be stored at room temperature for up to 12 months.

However, due to manufacturing constraints, the meals only include braised, steamed, and oven-cooked dishes, avoiding crispy components, vegetables, and seafood. The first rice meals, from restaurants like Kim Hock Su, Aidan Low, Raymond Tham, and Nurilkarim Razha, are now available.
