‘Rained bricks on him’: UK-returned grad kidnaps, kills neighbour’s son in B'luru

A UK-returned MTech graduate was arrested for kidnapping and killing a 13-year-old boy. The accused planned to extort Rs 1 crore from the boy's father to repay debts. He lured the boy with firecrackers and driving lessons before killing him. The accused then attempted to transport the body to Andhra Pradesh for disposal. His plan unraveled after crashing his vehicle while inebriated.
