John Farnham to miss tribute concert due to poor health

Renowned Australian singer John Farnham will be unable to attend a tribute concert in his honor due to health concerns, according to his family. The Australian music icon, who has been battling poor health for several years, requires 24-hour medical care at home, necessitating continuous oxygen support. The tribute event, titled "The Songs of John Farnham: A Living Legend," will take place at Rod Laver Arena in Melbourne and feature performances by numerous notable artists, including Jimmy Barnes, Tina Arena, Human Nature, Jessica Mauboy, Kate Ceberano, and Ross Wilson.

Additionally, international stars such as Celine Dion and Richard Marx are participating in the charity concert, which aims to raise funds for Head and Neck Cancer Australia. While Farnham's family is deeply moved by the musical tribute, they have confirmed that he will not be able to attend due to his deteriorating health and the need for constant medical care.
