Dreams become reality with ADR Properties

Over two decades ago, Adamo Rondinella harbored a vision to construct residences. Starting with just one to two homes per year, the owner and president of ADR Properties has expanded into a well-regarded company now building between 30 and 50 homes annually.

Initially focusing on the city's northern areas and the Interlake, ADR Properties has recently ventured into the south and Oak River Meadow. One of eight builders in this new bedroom community, ADR is preparing to showcase its capabilities with a new home design in 143 Rosybloom Lane.

The forthcoming bungalow, spanning 1,751 square feet, will be constructed on a spacious 53-foot by 150-foot lot. Its exterior, finished in acrylic stucco and stone, will feature a custom front door with elegant pillar detailing and a woodgrain garage door. Inside, the home will boast an open floor plan, wide walking paths, and ample natural light.

Kim Money, ADR's interior designer, notes that the home's soft, elegant aesthetic will be reflected in features like an arched serving alcove and tiled backsplashes. The kitchen, with its darker thermofoil cabinetry and Laminam porcelain countertops, will provide a striking contrast to the home's overall design.

The master suite, measuring 13 feet by 12 feet, will offer a private and stylish retreat. Next to the kitchen, arched details in the alcoves and tile features will further enhance the home's distinctive look. The show home aims to demonstrate ADR's ability to build functional, affordable homes that are both stylish and suitable for rural settings.
