Envestnet unveiled its third technology upgrade of 2026, enhancing its platform with features aimed at streamlining operations for financial advisors. The updates encompass an interactive dashboard, self-service configuration tools for Unified Managed Portfolios, and AI-powered widgets to minimize administrative burdens. Envestnet CEO Chris Todd emphasized that while wealth management platforms previously focused on data display, the new interface now provides the infrastructure for an AI-driven experience.

The interactive dashboard will be available for early adoption by larger clients starting mid-September. Additionally, a redesigned interface with customizable widgets, a side-panel navigation system, and an AI assistant capable of interpreting dashboard data in plain language were introduced. Envestnet also expanded its Tamarac platform, enhancing portfolio reporting, CRM capabilities, and incorporating MoneyGuide Wealth Studios data for comprehensive client summaries.

Furthermore, Amplify Technology released three new capabilities for its AI-native RIA platform, including enhanced risk documentation, consolidated trading activities, and an AI-assisted migration tool to simplify legacy report conversions.
