US lifts sanctions on Eritrea with Red Sea in focus

Eritrean Foreign Minister Osman Saleh has criticized the UAE for its "port imperialism" in Africa and its aspirations for a naval base in the Red Sea, alongside potential Israeli involvement. Eritrea supports Sudan's armed forces and maintains diplomatic relations with Egypt, Turkey, and Saudi Arabia.
