Rosenberry, Hunter win Anderson Aid Pest Control Stark Athlete of the Week

Morgan Rosenberry of Jackson and Ontrell Hunter of Fairless were named the winners of the Anderson Aid Pest Control Stark County High School Athlete of the Week for the week of September 8-12.

Rosenberry, a volleyball player, received 81.1% of the votes cast, while Hunter, a football player, earned 57.7% of the votes. A total of 10,232 votes were cast overall.

Rosenberry surpassed 1,000 career assists in three consecutive victories, with 36 assists in a win against Hoover, 38 assists in another win and 11 digs. Hunter caught four passes for 135 yards and two touchdowns in his first game as an offensive player after playing defense for three games due to a broken thumb.
