Putin Transfers Russian Assets of Auchan, Nestlé to External Manager
Russian President Vladimir Putin signed a decree transferring the Russian assets of French retailer Auchan, Swiss food giant Nestlé, and logistics firms FM Logistics and Bati Logistics to AO L.E.V. Management, a Moscow-registered company with undisclosed ownership. The same decree covers Le Monlid, the former Leroy Merlin entity. Both Auchan and Nestlé scaled back Russian operations after 2022.
