Nigeria’s religious influence gaining ground abroad – Evelyn Joshua

Pastor Evelyn Joshua, leader of The Synagogue, Church of All Nations, has stated that Nigeria’s religious influence is growing globally, particularly in Brazil. Speaking after arriving in São Paulo from Lagos, Evelyn emphasized that Nigerian Christian ministries have been expanding the gospel beyond Nigeria’s borders, in line with the vision of her late husband, Prophet T.B.

Joshua. The Brazilian outreach, scheduled for September 18-19, 2026, is a follow-up to the church’s international ministry established by her husband. Evelyn highlighted that Nigerian churches have been sharing the gospel in Africa, Europe, Asia, and the Americas, contributing to the country’s religious presence worldwide. She described the São Paulo gathering as an opportunity to connect with Christians and communities in South America, and a potential "new wave of revival, healing and deliverance."

Evelyn urged participants to remain faithful and open to God’s intervention, promising transformation for those who kept their faith. The event is expected to draw worshippers and visitors from various parts of Brazil, Latin America, and beyond, including Argentina, the Dominican Republic, Bolivia, Honduras, and several African countries.
