Mobile Industry Awards 2026 - all our winners revealed!

Last night, the UK mobile industry convened in London to honor the 2026 Mobile Industry Awards, marking its 24th year of celebration. These awards epitomize the zenith of excellence, spanning various levels from corporate leadership to grassroots initiatives. Esteemed figures gathered for the event, and the winners have been announced. The accolades went to:

In the Future Stars category, supported by Vodafone, Lydia McGann, Sam Deans, Imogen Baldie, and Paris Tilsley received recognition. For the Innovation of the Year, focusing on a product or service, O2 was awarded for its Satellite offering. Plan.com was lauded for Best Mobile Service & Solution Provider, while BusinessMobiles.com earned the title of Best Wholesale Service & Solution Provider. VodafoneThree took home the award for Best Mobile/Gadget Insurance Service.

Asurion clinched the Best Repair Service accolade, and The Big Phone Store was crowned for Best Recycling and Refurbishing Service, Mazuma Mobile. The ege Sales Team from Belkin were named Distributor of the Year, and Belkin UK Sales Team was awarded the title of Team of the Year. The Best Place to Work for businesses with under 1,000 employees went to BusinessMobiles.com, while Tesco Mobile was recognized as the Best Place to Work for those with over 1,000 employees.

VodafoneThree was awarded Best Customer Service for consumers, and Pure Communication Group was hailed as Best Customer Service for businesses. Lebara Mobile was honored with the CSR Initiative of the Year by Samsung for its Solve for Tomorrow Sustainability Initiative. Likewize was recognized for its Circular Device Lifecycle Services in the Marketing Campaign of the Year category.

Retailers of the Year, both high street and online, went to EE, sponsored by eROAMING, and Sky Mobile. The Best MVNO was awarded to Sky Mobile, sponsored by eROAMING, with SureSIM honored as the Best SIM Only Network, also sponsored by Sky Mobile. Lebara Mobile received the Accessory Manufacturer of the Year award, and Samsung was recognized for its Smartphone Manufacturer of the Year, also sponsored by Lebara.

BT & EE were celebrated as the Best Network for Consumers, while VodafoneThree was chosen as the Best Network for Business, both sponsored by Likewize. Virgin Media O2 CTO Team was named Person of the Year, and Max Taylor, CEO of VodafoneThree, was awarded the prestigious title of Person of the Year.
