KATSEYE’s Paris Show Had Fans Rattling the Floor: Here’s How One Got to Dance With the Group Backstage

At Paris' Accor Arena, the excitement for KATSEYE's Sept. 9 show on The Wildworld Tour was palpable. Even before the four-member group hit the stage, they had a special treat in store for a Verizon Shine sweepstakes winner and his three guests. Behind the scenes, Daniela, Lara, Yoonchae and Megan prepared to teach the group the choreography to their hit "Animal."

Daniela took the lead, breaking down the moves count by count. "Five, six, prep seven, go eight," she explained before the group practiced alongside the KATSEYE members. When the performance finally arrived, Daniela switched to Spanish to express her gratitude, telling the winner, "Thank you for coming. It was so lovely meeting you."

The Verizon customer, Jose Quiroz, was initially skeptical about entering the sweepstakes but later learned he was a winner. He brought his family along to share the unforgettable experience, which included roundtrip flights, hotel accommodations and a private dance session with KATSEYE. The Verizon Shine loyalty program, launched in June, offers Verizon customers daily rewards and exclusive experiences, such as concert access and interactions with artists like Olivia Rodrigo and Cardi B.
