Through the Work-based Education model, she worked at a 7-Eleven and was promoted to store manager by her second year of university.

Graduating at 23, Tanyaporn became one of the youngest 7-Eleven franchise owners, thanks to the practical experience and leadership skills she gained.

Tanyaporn now pays it forward by recruiting young talent from underprivileged backgrounds, including ethnic hill-tribe students studying at PIM under CP ALL scholarships. As a business owner, she mentors and supports young recruits, helping them navigate urban life and achieve personal stability.
