Asus Googlebook shows off a big trackpad and plenty of ports in leaked images [Gallery]

Images of an Asus Googlebook laptop have recently been released, revealing a variety of ports and a large trackpad. The first sighting of the Asus Googlebook took place last month, but these new images provide a more detailed examination of the device. As obtained by The Mac Observer, the images offer several additional perspectives of the machine.

Based on the side views of the laptop, it appears to feature at least two USB-C ports, a few USB-A ports, and a headphone jack. The keyboard does not appear to be particularly shallow, and it includes a fingerprint sensor. The trackpad is notably large, and there is a lightbar on the exterior. Moreover, the display extends close to each corner of the device.

Additional images showcase a dedicated "G" key in the position where the Start button is located on a Windows machine or CMD on a MacBook. There is also a fan included in this particular model. Google has announced that pre-orders for the Googlebook will begin next week, implying that additional information will soon be available.
