2027: Oborevwori Tasks Stakeholders on MORE Agenda, Mobilisation

Governor Oborevwori urged political leaders, stakeholders, and supporters of his administration to disseminate the accomplishments of the MORE Agenda to local communities ahead of the 2027 general election. During the opening of a seminar for political assistants, organized by Senior Political Adviser Senator Emmanuel Aguariavwodo, the governor emphasized the importance of communication grounded in facts about the administration's achievements.

He stressed that the federal government's Renewed Hope Agenda and his MORE Agenda were focused on strengthening the economy, creating opportunities, and promoting development through initiatives such as major infrastructure projects and investments in education and healthcare. Oborevwori highlighted the state-federal partnership as a source of new opportunities for Delta State.

He urged for unity, discipline, and focus among political leaders, appointees, stakeholders, and supporters, urging them to take the administration's message to every ward, community, and local government area across the state. Earlier, Aguariavwodo emphasized the need for effective communication of the administration's achievements and impacts to the grassroots, stressing that political appointees should explain the benefits of government programs in ways that are relatable and understandable to ordinary citizens.

The seminar served as a platform for introspection, assessment, and strategic planning, with a focus on the results delivered by governance in the lives of citizens. Goodwill messages from Francis Onuora and Dr. Kingsley Emu called for participants to equip themselves with accurate information to avoid criticism and misinformation.
