Will the BOE Keep the Option Open for a Rate Hike?
Bank of America Economist Sonali Punhani says the the Bank of England can show it's serious about fighting inflation by leaving the door open for an interest-rate hike at a later date, even if it keeps rates unchanged today. "Otherwise, obviously, questions will emerge about the credibility of the Bank of England," Punhani tells Bloomberg Television. (Source: Bloomberg)
