TikToker arrested over videos showing him bathing with women

The Kano State Hisbah Board has arrested a 27-year-old TikTok content creator named Ukasha Yahaya, also known as UK International. The arrest came after the board received intelligence that Yahaya had entered Kano. Yahaya, who is currently in custody, is set to face court after investigations are completed. Yahaya admitted to producing videos featuring himself bathing with women, though he reportedly could not recall the exact number of such videos.

Some of these videos gained between one million and three million views. The women allegedly approached Yahaya due to his status as a content creator. Yahaya's mother and others had repeatedly cautioned him against creating such content. When asked about involving his sisters in similar videos, he mentioned that they were all married.

Yahaya has expressed regret for his actions and vowed not to repeat them. He has also promised to quit such content as he prepares for marriage. The Hisbah Deputy Commander General, Dr Mujahid Aminuddeen, warned young people against producing TikTok content that violates moral and religious standards.
