Opposition leader Natthaphong Ruangpanyawut, a People's Party MP and list leader, criticized the EC for ignoring three significant issues related to the Senate collusion case: organized vote-rigging, links to Bhumjai Thai Party figures, and deviations from the EC's own standards. He urged parliament members to review their voting positions and hold the government accountable, emphasizing that all politicians will be judged by citizens in the next election.

Natthaphong also called on relevant investigative agencies to provide clear answers concerning the remaining case files and handle the matter impartially.
